Coventry Homes has unveiled a new model home in Veranda, the builder’s Richmond master-planned community. The single-story 3,700-square-foot home includes a media and game room, a study and a formal dining room. The master suite is enhanced by a curved wall of windows and a bath featuring a freestanding soaking tub, a walk-through shower and his-and-her walk-in closets.

According to Greg Carr, sales director for McGuyer Homebuilders, the builder will also be showcasing intriguing new options available, including a custom dog shower located in the utility room. Other options on display include Coventry’s Texas-sized patio with a built-in outdoor kitchen and large sliding glass doors that open the outdoor space to the family room. In addition to stainless-steel appliances and over-sized cabinets, the open kitchen boasts an over-sized island with counter-seating.

The model is one of eight plans, priced from the $340,000s, Coventry Homes offers in Veranda. The one-and two- bedroom designs range from 2,886 to more than 4,000 square feet with up to five bedrooms. In addition to the standard features, buyers can choose to add wine rooms, balconies and bonus rooms.
