Rosenbaum will be available for guidance and questions during the scheduled course dates from Oct. 1 through Dec. 7. Some of the topics to be covered include what is a zero net energy house, how much energy do houses use, heat transfer in houses, moisture and vapor flow, the building envelope, sustainable systems, and energy modeling.
