HomeAid America, a building industry charity and one of the nation’s largest builders of housing for the homeless, announced today a national partnership with Avid Ratings, a leading provider of customer survey tools for the homebuilding industry.
Avid will be a Bronze Level National Partner to HomeAid, whose Shelter Development Program builds housing and other facilities for homelessness service providers and undertakes community outreach activities to provide facility renovation or operational assistance for the programs of these service providers.
“Avid Ratings is proud to support HomeAid’s mission to build new lives for America’s homeless families,” said Paul Cardis, CEO of Avid Ratings. “Organizations such as HomeAid are critical partners in our communities as we focus on creating pathways to families in need.”
HomeAid builds housing for charities sheltering the homeless, giving them solutions to get back on their feet. Homelessness remains a major problem in this country, with its causes including job loss, medical crisis, domestic abuse, substance addiction, and post-traumatic stress syndrome in veterans. “We are very grateful to Avid Ratings for their support as we lead the building industry’s efforts to end homelessness in this country,” said HomeAid CEO Peter Simons. “Their involvement with HomeAid will make a big difference and help so many in need.”
