- Net sales orders decreased 0.3% to 1,818 homes from 1,823 homes in the prior year quarter
- Sales order backlog increased 0.2% to 7,157 units from 7,145 units in the prior year quarter

- Revenue increased 5.7% to $3.94B from $3.73B in the prior year
- Homes closed decreased 0.8% to 7,393 from 7,453 in the prior year
- Net sales orders increased 13.4% to 7,420 homes from 6,546 homes in the prior year
