The traditionally beautiful Healthy Home raises the bar on sustainable design by zeroing in on an ultra-healthy indoor environment. To make sure the air stays as clean as possible, the HVAC system includes a hospital-grade HEPA filter and a Honeywell ERV and humidifier. Free-standing Rabbit Air HEPA filters are placed throughout the home.

Other sustainable features include:
–Pella Architect Series advanced low-E insulating glass with argon
–Bonded Logic UltraTouch denim insulation made from 90% post-consumer recycled natural fibers
–FSC-certified Masonite Safe ‘N Sound Emerald interior doors made from rapidly renewable and pre-consumer recycled content with no added urea formaldehyde
–WaterSense-certified showerheads and toilets
