Moss & Associates has completed the final hydrostatic slab pour at the upcoming Auberge Beach Residences & Spa condo community in Fort Lauderdale, Fla. The final slab, which consists of 2,000 cubic yards of concrete, is set to be part of the basement parking garage, which will also protect the building against hydrostatic pressure. A total of 15,700 cubic yards of concrete went into the beachfront property’s perimeter wall and foundation. The community’s full construction is set to be complete by 2018.

The Auberge project, designed by Nichols Brosch Wurst Wolfe & Associates and developed by Related Group, consists of 161 condo units two 18- and 23-story residential towers. These residences range from one to five bedrooms and 1,500 to 5,000 square feet, plus two-level penthouses, which include more than 3,500 square feet of terraces.

The community will also feature 450 linear feet of beachfront, plus a pool deck, spa, cabanas, restaurants, and other amenities.
