Timothy Eller, president and COO of Centex Corp., will take top spot at the Dallas-based construction giant this spring. The company announced in January that chairman and CEO Laurence Hirsch would retire March 31, Centex’s fiscal year end. Hirsch will continue as chairman of Centex Construction Products.
