BUILDER magazine parent company Zonda launched its new product, Enterprise, a single-user interface platform that streamlines Zonda’s top products—the Zonda iPad app and the Housing & Property Analysis (HAPA) product. Clients can now access five different product views and eight different filter types through one login. The platform, designed with customer feedback in mind, delivers more data through a refined and immersive design experience, allowing users to easily customize filters, map views, data sets, and instantly export information, according to Zonda.
“We’re excited to advance our offerings and provide the best-in-class proprietary data and tools for our clients,” says Jeff Meyers, CEO of Zonda. “Enterprise is the single source of truth for housing data and will allow our clients to work smarter, faster, and more efficiently, enabling them to make strategic decisions.”
Enterprise has been designed to be an immersive and simplified experience with two main features: Explorer and Reporting. The Explorer filters allow multiple data sets to be turned on and off at one time and allows users to specify important criteria for each. Previously, users had to log in to multiple products to do this. The Reporting tab consolidates five reports from legacy products into the new market report and allows users to batch download multiple reports at a time—with both long and short versions available. New data is uploaded nightly, as available, to help users understand trends and shifts as they occur.
