10th Street Townes

Charlotte, N.C.

1 MIN READ

CHARLOTTE, N.C., MAY have no finer advertisement for the ongoing transformation of its First Ward than 10th Street Townes, designed by architect David Furman, who also owns developer Boulevard Centro. Earlier projects by Furman for more modest housing laid the groundwork for these market-rate town-houses. Priced from $238,000, each of the three-story, two-bedroom residences has a garage and rooftop terrace. To break up the monotony of a row of 15 townhouses, Furman added archways, balconies, and bay windows to the façades.
