PCBC has announced that the 58th Gold Nugget Awards: The Art of Design is now open for entries. The annual awards program recognizes those who improve communities through exceptional concepts in design, planning, and development.
The competition is open to builders, developers, architects, and land planners with communities and projects across the United States and internationally.
The program has added the following new categories for 2021:
- Best Single-Family, For-Rent Community
- Innovative Housing Concepts
- Flexible Floor Plan
- Home-Work Space
- Health/Wellness Design Solution
- Community Pivot
