Near the McMillan Reservoir in Washington, D.C., the EYA Townhomes can be found on the 25-acre former McMillan San Filtration site. Part of a larger community project, EYA LLC and SYAA worked together to design and build the 146 townhomes in the new development.

Consisting of five distinct floor plans ranging from 1,480 to 2,950 square feet, the townhomes offer living spaces, three- to five-bedrooms, a two-car garage, a loft with roof access for an outdoor living space, and even an optional elevator, depending on the floor plan. All systems and appliances are electric.
