The Tanzanite Homes build-to-rent community targets couples, young families, and singles, aiming to fill the gap between single-family rentals and higher-density housing solutions. Residents in the 211-unit community have the privacy and space of a standalone home with the amenities and maintenance- free living associated with apartment communities.

Friendly Neighborhood Design, a core tenant of Tanzanite Homes, combines walkability and amenities for residents to encourage social connection. Communal facilities include a 2,800-square-foot clubhouse, a fitness center, a resort-style swimming pool, fire pits, a pet park, and green space.

Paired homes face streets, and front porches activate the streetscape. Detached garages provide a dedicated space for cars for each home while creating private fenced yard space for the paired units.
