NOGM 3 is one of the first LEED-Platinum modular projects in the country and a model of sustainability, resource efficiency, and superior building practices. Advanced framing reduced lumber use by 30%, eased insulation, and reduced thermal bridging. HVAC equipment and ductwork were installed entirely inside condtioned space. IAQ measures include formaldehyde-free fiberglass insulation; Greenguard-certified countertops; and low- and no-VOC paints, stains, caulking, and adhesives.
