Designed along a singular cul-de-sac with a gentle mid-street curve, the unique collection by architect Robert Hidey Architects and builder Robson Homes comprises 40 homes on the picturesque, tree-lined avenue, with no two the same, according to the designer.

The collection includes four floor plans with multiple variations for attached or detached accessory dwelling units and five architectural styles, including Cottage, Craftsman, Spanish, Monterey, and Farmhouse, creating an eclectic yet harmonious streetscape.
