TRI Pointe Homes Colorado has been recognized by the Home Builders Association of (HBA) Metro Denver as the 2016 winner of the Home Builders and Associate in Partnership (HAP) Award in the National Production Builder category.
The award was created to encourage and honor the values of trust, communication, loyalty and ethics with the HBA builder members in their business dealings with HBA associate members. All associate members were surveyed between May and September on these criteria.
The HAP award recognizes the top builder in each of the three categories: Best National Production Builder, Best Local Production Builder, and Best Custom Home builder. The 2016 HAP Awards were presented at the General Membership Meeting of the HBA of Metro Denver held on October 25.
“We are honored to win this award from the HBA of Metro Denver for the second year in row,” said Matt Osborn, division president of TRI Pointe Homes Colorado in a press release. “The award recognizes our business practices and how our trade partners and those with whom we do business feel about our working relationships, from how we communicate to how often we pay them. To be recognized by the people we work with on a daily basis makes this award even more meaningful.”
“TRI Pointe Homes Colorado is a leader in innovative architectural design and known for their development of inspiring communities in the Denver metro region,” said Jeff Whiton, HBA of Metro Denver said in a press release. “They not only exemplify the characteristics of loyalty and ethical consideration, but their associates hold them with the highest regard of integrity.”
TRI Pointe Homes Colorado is actively selling in five communities and will be opening up two new communities in the Denver metro area before the year ends.
