Dunn-Edwards has unveiled its 2026 Color Trends, a collection of nine trending colors and eight notable neutrals. Inspired by nature, the 17 hues are a mix of warm and cool to create a sense of harmony in any space.

Following an in-depth study of emerging trends interior design and furnishings, Dunn-Edwards color experts found that there is a growing desire for warmer, more grounded colors (as seen in other color picks so far this year) in contrast to today’s evolving landscape of AI and tech advancements.
Lauren Hoferkamp, color marketing manager at Dunn-Edwards, says: “The 2026 Color Trends embraces a playful sophistication with vintage-inspired colors such as Cedar Grove (DE5152), Country Air (DET581), Gothic Revival Green (DET507), Purple Prose (DET405), and Viridian Odyssey (DE1925). The colors were selected with usability in mind – designers, specifiers, and DIYers alike can find the perfect color combination for their new space with these timeless colors.”
The warm and subtle neutrals of the collection are distinct enough to stand alone or serve as a base to the bolder hues. Neutrals in the palette include Fleur de Sel (DEGR55), Outer Boundary (DE6021), and Milk Glass (DEW358).
