Accessible Design in the Kitchen

Custom home clients may not need completely accessible kitchens, but according to leading design pros they're thinking about the future in plans they make today.

Patricia Gaylor of Eco Interiors by Patricia Gaylor says she getting more frequent requests for features like elevators or single-story living spaces. And even if clients aren’t asking directly for universal design features they are seeking more open, accessible kitchens as well as products that are easier to reach and use.
