Porches Take Priority

Every room opens to a porch in this eye-catching home, from the master suite and great room on the main level to the guest suites upstairs. Upscale features abound, especially in the master suite, where owners can relax in the whirlpool tub or walk-in shower. Several sets of French doors open the main living areas up to the back porch, with the kitchen overlooking it all. On the second level, visitors or older children will love their private accommodations and easy access to the large porch/deck area. The lower level holds parking, storage, and yet another porch. This home may fit a narrow lot, but every room inside boasts lots of space and luxurious amenities. Start with the great room: upon entering from the two-story foyer, you’re greeted with a lovely view out two sets of double doors to the rear veranda. A coffered ceiling, cozy fireplace, and snack bar from the kitchen make this space the undisputed preferred gathering spot. Two islands provide space in the kitchen for meal prep and easy socializing at the snack bar. An elevator makes going up to the second floor easy. Up here, you’ll find three large bedrooms, including the deluxe master suite with its two-sided fireplace that warms the bedroom and luxurious bath. A large deck connects with storage space above the garage. See more images, information, and the floor plan.
