Social Media Star

Spacious luxury living is the hallmark of this Craftsman home, which has garnered thousands of social media re-pins and likes. Shown in the photos with some modifications (including a cozy outdoor fireplace), this plan features access to the back outdoor living spaces from the breakfast nook and the master retreat, where buyers will also find a private sitting room and a huge walk-in closet. The second floor houses three additional bedrooms, each with a full bath. An optional bonus room above the garage encourages future expansion. See more images, information, and the floor plan.

A country-style wraparound porch provides a cheerful welcome to this traditional design. The kitchen boasts a serving bar and a walk-in pantry, as well as a butler’s pantry. A first-floor bedroom with a walk-in closet can double as a study. Upstairs, the master suite treats owners with a sitting area, a vaulted bath, and access to a private covered porch. Three additional bedrooms all offer tray ceilings and walk-in closets. A large playroom completes the plan. The home in the photo was changed from the plan to include brick on the exterior. This spacious one-story plan presents a nice balance between elegant areas for entertaining (like the vaulted great room with French doors to the back) and more casual spaces (like the cozy keeping room). An island and snack bar make the kitchen a roomy hangout. Near the front, the guest suite features French doors to the front porch and can also serve as a handy nursery or study. A fifth bedroom can be finished upstairs. Don’t miss the master suite’s luxurious details: a tray ceiling, a bay window with sitting space, and a split walk-in closet. The turret steals the show on this French country home’s elegant exterior. Inside, that turret houses a living room that could easily become an office. In the heart of the home, the vaulted family room displays a fireplace flanked by windows. A central island with a cooktop lets owners socialize with family and friends while preparing meals. Conveniently located on this level, the master suite displays tray ceilings both in the generous bedroom and the deluxe bathroom, where you’ll also find double sinks and walk-in closets. A guest suite is easy for visitors to reach. Upstairs, three more bedrooms each feature walk-in closets. See more images, information, and the floor plan.
