Overly ornate master suites have fallen out of favor (unless you’re talking showers, in which case the bigger the better) and outdoor living is in. Here’s a great way to combine the two trends. These smart homes provide both public and private spaces to enjoy the outdoors.

Nice Variety of Outdoor Spaces

This hillside walkout features a variety of outdoor living areas, including a private porch off the master suite. Cathedral ceilings top the great room, master bedroom, and screened porch. Three fireplaces, built-in cabinetry, and an art niche add custom touches, along with the large utility room. Downstairs, each bedroom has its own walk-in closet and bath, while a powder room services the rec room. A wet bar lets kids prepare snacks. For versatility, the home features a bedroom/study and expandable bonus room. See more images, information, and the floor plan.
