Taylor Morrison is debuting two new floor plans at its The Preserve at Laureate Park development in the Lake Nona community near Orlando.

The two new floor plans, the Valencia and the Russell, are new to Orlando and are designed to respond to what Florida buyers are looking for in their next home, says Larry Mull, vice president of sales and marketing for Taylor Morrison’s Orlando division. The two new models will debut in September.

“These floor plans represent what our home buyers have told us they want in their new home,” Mull says.

The Valencia is offered in a choice of Italiante, Coastal, and Regional Modernist elevations and includes more than 3,700 square feet of living space stretched out over two spacious floors. The home includes four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a den and a loft with options including a fifth bedroom, wine cellar, and media room.

At more than 3,900 square feet, the Russell also offers four bedrooms and 3.5 baths with a den, loft and game room standard. Options include a fifth bedroom, media room and master bedroom extension.
