Taylor Morrison has debuted a new collection of ranch-style floor plans for the first time in the Raleigh, N.C., area with the unveiling of its Retreat Collection at Colvin Park in Apex.
Designed to offer buyers the feel of a single-level home without sacrificing flexible living space, the Retreat Collection offers three ranch-style floor plans, ranging in size from approximately 2,400 square feet to more than 2,700 square feet of living space. Each floor plan offers three bedrooms, three baths and a two-car garage.
The three floorplans feature first-floor owner’s suites, formal dining rooms and ample family rooms. Upstairs, each home features a game room and attic suite.
“Our homebuyers have told us they value a home that feels like a single-level home but offers a bit more space for stretching out,” says David Pellowitz, vice president of sales and marketing for Taylor Morrison’s Raleigh division.
