Toll Brothers has announced the opening of its newest model home – the Hollister – at Falls at Weddington in Weddington, N.C. The professionally-decorated home includes numerous contemporary features, including an open-concept design, cutting-edge technology, trim details, and a state-of-the-art outdoor living space.

Its stunning dual-curved staircases lead to an upstairs playroom and four bedrooms, each equipped with its own private bathroom. In addition, the spacious master bedroom includes a master bathroom with a large shower.
The backyard living space includes both an outdoor fireplace and fire pit, seating areas, decorative water features, wooded views, and a cooking area equipped with a grill, pizza oven and wine refrigerator.
The Hollister is one of nine Toll Brothers home designs available at Falls at Weddington. With prices starting from the low $600,000s, home designs feature four to seven bedrooms with three to six full bathrooms and one half bathroom.
