Wayne Homes, an Ohio-based custom home builder that specializes in on-your-lot custom homes, has announced the release of their updated floorplan, the Essex. The refreshed Essex elevations will give the current floorplan a new, fresh look.
The Essex, a three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom home, will be available in four different exterior styles, including the new Craftsman and Homestead elevations.
The new elevations highlight exterior features, such as steeper roof pitches, additional gables, front and back porches, and stone wraps. New interior choices were also added, including the option to have a 48′ kitchen island, a first-floor laundry room, a double vanity in the master bath, and more.
“By adding the Craftsman and Homestead elevations, the Essex takes on a whole new look,” Maurie Jones, vice president of marketing, said in a press release. “The Essex is a great first home and we are excited to have more choices for first time buyers.”
