As a concept home, the NEXTadventure is at the pinnacle of thought leadership, offering insight from all angles into the 55-plus buyer market. The 55-plus market represents 70% of the nation’s wealth and is a very discriminating and demanding consumer base.

This group presents a huge opportunity for new-home builders. Taylor Morrison was selected to head up the effort for this project because of its experience and knowledge of the 55-plus buyer demographic. The company is teamed with Housing Design Matters as the architect and Lita Dirks & Co. as the interior designer, both of which bring vast understanding of this unique buying group.
