Kolter Homes has announced strong sales for the first six months of operations at its new Cresswind Peachtree City community, with over 100 homes now under contract since opening in late November 2016.
The low-density community located about 25 minutes from downtown Atlanta, has experienced tremendous demand since launch, according to a press release. To meet this growing demand, the community has commenced its second phase of development.

“Cresswind Peachtree City marries delightful southern charm with enriching resort-style community living,” says Tony Adams, Project Director for Cresswind Peachtree City.
Ground has been broken on the community’s clubhouse – The Club at Cresswind – set to be completed early next year. It will feature resort-style amenities such as a large outdoor pool, amphitheater, bocce courts, a fireplace and grilling courtyard, tennis and pickleball courts and miles of walking trails.

“We’re building The Club at Cresswind with our residents in mind. It’s going to be a special place where they can take part in fun fitness classes, enjoy social gatherings and discover new hobbies,” continues Adams. “The club will be the heart of Cresswind Peachtree City – offering all of the benefits of resort-style amenities all ideally located in the center of the community.”
Additional clubhouse features will include an indoor pool with lap lanes and a spa, arts and crafts room, demonstration kitchen, a full fitness center including a yoga and aerobics studio and a social ballroom for residents and guests to enjoy year-round. Enrichment opportunities such as gourmet cooking classes, arts and crafts clubs, and community outreach will be available as well. Moreover, Cresswind Peachtree City connects with over 100 miles of golf cart paths throughout Peachtree City, allowing easy access to shopping, dining and more.
Peachtree City was recently voted one of the Top 100 Places to Live in America and is rich with shopping areas, recreational facilities, top healthcare facilities and schools.
