Brookfield Residential has unveiled a new collection of attainably priced, modern and stylish townhomes in Rosedale, Calif. Featuring open-concept living spaces with up to three bedrooms, two and one-half baths, large master suites with walk-in closets, and two-car direct-access garages, Citrus + Palm will also include Brookfield’s Connected Home Package that allows residents to control lighting, thermostats, the front door lock and more right from their smartphone or tablet.

“We’re very excited to unveil Citrus + Palm on January 27th and introduce homebuyers to our final new-home opportunity in Rosedale,” said Mercedes Meserve, Vice President of Marketing for Brookfield Residential Southern California. “Join us for a fun-filled Grand Opening event and experience the style, craftsmanship and comfort of this inviting new townhome collection.”
Floorplans span from approximately 1,254 to 1,731 square feet with two to three bedrooms, two and one-half baths and two-car garages. Prices are anticipated from the $400,000s.

Set in the established master-planned community of Rosedale, residents will have access to a state-of-the-art fitness center, Junior Olympic swimming pool, and open-turf play areas. The location is within walking distance of the Metro Gold Line Station for easy commutes to Pasadena, while the proximity to the I-10 and 210 corridors puts downtown Los Angeles, as well as Orange and San Bernardino counties, within easy reach.
