Del Webb will launch its six model homes at the Charleston-area Nexton community this week.
Del Webb at Nexton is located within the Nexton community, which was named “Best Master-Planned Community” by the Charleston Homebuilders Association in 2015. Del Webb at Nexton is designed for active adults ages 55 or older.
Amenities include indoor and outdoor pools, pickleball, tennis courts, state-of-the-art fitness center, clubs and hobby groups.
