As the Lita Dirks & Co. team has fully immersed itself in the interior design for the 2016 BUILDER Taylor Morrison NEXTadventure Home, we thought it was time you got a closer look at the lead designers behind this exciting show home: Lita Dirks, owner; Amy Miller, senior designer; and Jenn Watson, designer and project manager.

Lita Dirks, a nationally acclaimed and highly recognized leader in model home merchandising, has worn several hats including artist, retail merchandiser, entrepreneur, mentor, and, yes, even Colorado Women’s Skeet Shooting Champion.

Since walking the foundation of a new Macy’s department store in Washington, D.C., at the age of 18, Lita has known that new building design was her true calling. She has successfully grown two interior merchandising companies while building, mentoring, and encouraging numerous designers. Her passions? Disneyland, the New York Yankees, Broadway shows, and chocolate chip cookies.
Amy Miller
Amy Miller, Lita Dirks & Co.
As a woman of wit and multiple talents, Amy Miller has been a top designer with Lita Dirks & Co. for more than 16 years. Her overflowing creativity is apparent in all of her designs as well as her many do-it-yourself projects at home. Multiple design awards make Amy smile, but it’s a truly satisfied client that makes her “tick.” Disorganization drives her nuts, while the sound of her toddler twins laughing is one of her greatest treasures.
Jenn Watson
Jenn Watson, Lita Dirks & Co.
Jenn Watson brings an elevated dose of creativity to everything she touches. A result of her Type A personality, Jenn holds an EMT certification, real estate license, personal training certification, and interior design degree. Her indomitable spirit and design talent transport projects to new heights. In her spare time you can catch her playing a round of golf or going on a run with her dog, Blue.
Along with these three gifted designers, the Lita Dirks & Co. NEXTadventure team consists of Kris Blake, Dianna Fritzler, Tricia Patterson, Olivia Annalora, Mikayla Mauser, and Marina Olds.
