Southern California builder Gallery Homes is launching four home communities in the Palm Springs area, to meet strong home buyer demand in the fast-growing market. The new developments, all located in Indio, Calif., include:

Gallery at Whittier Ranch is a collection of 61 single-family homes offering three spacious single-story floor plans with up to 2,793 square feet situated in a family-oriented neighborhood with a Community Park.

Gallery at Indian Springs is an enclave of 25 single-family homes with up to 2,584 square feet adjacent to the Indian Springs Country Club in a gated-community.

Gallery Links II will offer 66 single-family homes in three single story floor plans with up to 2,500 square feet located within the gated-community, Indian Palms Country Club, for those seeking resort-style living.

Gallery 49 West is an intimate collection of nine estate-sized homes offering luxurious desert-living with up to 4,400 square feet and 5-car garages.

“Palm Springs, as well as its neighboring cities, is a market which has been experiencing exponential growth,” according to president Rick Hauser. “We analyze current market trends when scouting potential locations, determining our buyer profile, whether it be full-time residents, seasonal or vacation home buyers.”
