Levitt Expands

Fort Lauderdale-based Levitt and Sons is taking its active adult show on the road. The builder recently opened sales for two of its “Seasons” communities in the Atlanta and Myrtle Beach areas. “Seasons at Lauren Canyon,” situated about an hour north of Atlanta in Canton, is a 322-acre site that will boast 766 single-family homes, priced from the low $200,000s. “Seasons at Prince Creek West,” a 213-acre country club-style community located 20 minutes south of Myrtle Beach in Murrells Inlet, S.C., will host 460 single-family detached homes.
