Virginia-based home builder Miller & Smith recently opened three new communities in Virginia and Maryland. They are:
—The Courthouse Manor community in Stafford, Va., features modern, farmhouse-inspired design, expansive floor plans and easy access to Interstate 95. The community will feature homes with four bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a 2-car garage and up to 4,300 square feet of living space. They offer spacious great rooms, expansive owner’s suites and multi-purpose spaces. Outdoor living spaces include screened porches, decks and front porches.
Courthouse Manor homes are priced from the low $400,000’s and will be available for delivery in Summer/Fall 2017.

–Featuring newly designed single-family homes, the Cayden Ridge community in Manassas, Va., marries fresh architectural design, value and convenience. The community will feature two newly designed single-family home collections. The New Americana collection offers up to 4,300 square feet of living space, with four bedrooms, 2.5 baths, two-car garages, open designer kitchens with center islands and adjoining great rooms. The Vintage Charm collection offers up to 3,500 square feet, with four bedrooms, 2.5 baths, two-car garages, open floorplans and indoor-outdoor living spaces with architectural details throughout the home.
