Taylor Morrison recently unveiled its Ibis twin villa home model at the Lucaya community in Fort Myers.

The single-story, open-concept floor plan offers approximately 1,533 square feet of living space with two bedrooms, two full baths, a two-car garage and a covered lanai as well as a covered entry. The plan also features a spacious den at the front of the home. The designer kitchen, which is beautifully appointed with a separate dining room area, opens up to an expansive great room.

“These homes offer a great opportunity for home buyers looking for an open concept floor plan, designer kitchen, spacious living room in an intimate community that is close to everything you need and want,” says Cammie Longenecker, division president of Taylor Morrison’s Southwest Florida division.

Lucaya is a gated community that offers Fort Myers residents the opportunity to live in a serene and tranquil setting as well as have convenient access to nearby upscale shopping, entertainment, and recreation. Within the community, Lucaya offers an array of amenities such as a pool with spa, clubhouse with fitness center, gathering room, computer room, catering kitchen, Wi-Fi equipped library and a children’s playground. Prices start from the mid $200s.
