Renovated by Louisville, Kentucky-based Twin Spires Remodeling with interiors by Brian Patrick Flynn, the HGTV Urban Oasis 2023 boasts four bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms across approximately 2,259 square feet.

From horseshoe wallpaper in the guest bath to bourbon-inspired artwork in the living room, touches of Louisville dot the home’s finishes. The open-concept first floor offers a living room with mustard custom-made cabinetry, a dining room, and a kitchen with dark blue cabinetry and brass accents.
A convenient powder room is hidden by a secret door, while the backyard patio is accessed from the kitchen. In the backyard, a porch, dining area, and a large lawn space are ideal for the gathering of family and friends.
Inspired by the green rolling hills of Kentucky, the primary suite includes two walk-in closets and a large main bathroom with dual vanities. Upstairs, a multifunctional loft space is centered among two guest bedrooms, a guest bathroom, a multipurpose room, and a second-floor outdoor patio.

The fully furnished home is situated among Louisville’s bustling downtown with year-round entertainment from festivals to the Kentucky Derby. The winner of the sweepstakes will also receive a 2023 Mercedes-Benz GLC SUV and $50,000 from Viva along with a five-year supply of paper towels, a prize package valued at over $850,000.
