Essex Homes is based in Lexington, SC, a suburb of the state’s capital Columbia, SC. We have been building new homes in Columbia, SC and the surrounding areas for over 20 years and are also now building in Charlotte, NC and the greater Charlotte metro area. Essex plans to continue to grow as a regional new homebuilder and leader in the new home industry by expanding our market share throughout the Southeast.
