AHV Communities announced plans for a 244-unit single-family detached rental home community on a newly acquired 48-acre site in the Austin, Texas, metro market. The company is expected to break ground in October on the community and commence construction in first quarter 2023.

KTGY will design the homes, which will offer three- and four-bedroom floor plans ranging in size from 1,500 to 1,900 square feet. Each home will include a direct-access, two-car garage and a private, fenced backyard.
In addition, the homes will include a sustainable, smart, and luxury amenity package featuring kitchens with quartz countertops, vinyl flooring, stainless steel appliances, energy-efficient LED lighting, ceiling fans, USB wall ports, walk-in closets, and double sink vanities in primary bathrooms. Lawn care will be provided as part of AHV’s on-site maintenance package.
The community will feature on-site amenities including a clubhouse lounge and retreat center, a resort-style pool with a sundeck, a 24-hour fitness center, a dog park and pet washing center, a community conference room, and barbecue and picnic areas designed for outdoor entertainment.
