Clayton has introduced a new search engine tool, Find Land, designed to help its home buyers navigate the Multiple Listing Service and find lots available for permanently attached off-site manufactured homes.
Using Find Land, buyers can search by ZIP code for available lots on a map and filter by price range or preferred distance from a chosen ZIP code. Each listing includes photos, additional details, and real estate agent information, as well as information on whether the property is zoned for manufactured off-site built homes.
