8290 Partners, an affiliate of Sabal Development, has announced the start of sales for Veridian Grove, a 10.5-acre gated estate community of 20 custom homes in central Miami, Fla.

The layouts start at 6,000 square feet in size, and range from six-bedrooms and six-and-a-half baths to seven bedrooms and eighth baths.
Lot sizes start at 15,000 square feet. All homes feature Italian floors, gas cooktops, in-ground pools, summer kitchens, and en-suite living spaces for staff. Buyers may choose between composite or cedar facades, quartz or marble countertops, Miele, Subzero Wolf, Viking or Thermador appliances and Control Four or Savant home automation systems. Optional features include an elevator and a rooftop terrace with an outdoor kitchen and hot tub.
