American Homes 4 Rent has announced the opening of a new single-family built-for-rent community, Perelle Meadows, in Saratoga Springs, Utah.
Perelle Meadows is AH4R’s fourth new rental home community in the Salt Lake City area, following the nearby Cedar Corners and Eastside Village neighborhoods. AH4R now owns and operates 1,400 single-family rental units in the Salt Lake City market.

The community offers 112 four-bedroom homes ranging from 1,900 to 2,400 square feet in size. Each home is built on an open-concept floor plan and includes granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, vinyl plank flooring, central heating and air conditioning, and two- and three-car garages. Lawn care is included as a community amenity, and all homes are pet-friendly.
