The Phoenix division of Richmond American Homes, a subsidiary of M.D.C. Holdings, has announced the grand opening celebration for its new Seasons Collection model homes in Sienna Hills II, the latest addition to Buckeye, Ariz’s Sienna Hills master-planned community. From 1 to 3 pm on Saturday, October 1st, prospective home buyers and guests will be offered complimentary refreshments and tours of the model homes.
Sienna Hills II is the newest addition to Buckeye’s Sienna Hills master-planned community, featuring single-and two-story homes between 1,750 and 3,050 square feet in size, priced from the upper $100s. Twelve of Richmond American’s floor plans are available in the community, four of which are a part of the new Seasons Collection.
The Garnet and Capri plans are brand new in this community, and the Coral and Citrine plans are already in place at three other Phoenix-area Richard American communities. These plans have been “noted for their designer details, incredible included features and practical price point,” according to M.D.C. Holdings.
In Sienna Hills II the Seasons Collection will be built with brand-new contemporary-style exteriors, for “modern curb appeal.” Each home will come with 9’ main-floor ceilings, hardwood cabinetry, and front yard landscaping.
