In late November, Ashton Woods announced the opening of Hammock Park in Sarasota.
Hammock Park offers floorplans close to shopping, dining, and city’s white sandy beaches. Three flexible home plans are currently available at Hammock Park, each of which may be personalized with endless design options. Floorplans currently range from approximately 2,100 to 2,700 square feet and are priced from the high $200,000s.
Each townhome in Hammock Park will offer three bedrooms, two and one-half to three and one-half baths, and a two-car garage. Interior features will include designer cabinetry, granite countertops, ample pantry space and walk-in showers in the master bath. The first two move-in ready homes include:
– The Hawthorne is a 2,436-square feet home with three bedrooms and two and one-half baths. This townhome has a great room floor plan with a spacious family room, island kitchen, and dining room. Interior features include hardwood floors, 42-inch designer kitchen cabinetry and granite countertops. The home has a first-floor master suite, plus a covered balcony off the upstairs bonus room. Among the plan options is the ability to reconfigure the home’s layout by moving the family room, dining room, master suite, and covered lanai. Buyers also may elect to convert the bonus room into a fourth bedroom and third full bath, or into the master suite.
– The Prescott is a 2,272-square-foot home with three bedrooms and two and one-half baths.
