Beazer Homes has announced the grand opening of its Verbena community in Las Vegas. The community will feature 46 single-family homes on a 6-acre site located at the intersection of Boulder Highway and Desert Horizons Drive.

Verbena offers four two-story floor plans on homesites with spacious rear yards. Plans feature 1,840 to 2,532 square feet, three to four bedrooms, up to three bathrooms, and two-car garages. Each plan includes popular design elements such as open-concept kitchens and generous primary suites.

Buyers are also given the flexibility of Beazer’s Choice Plans, which provide the option to choose room-specific layouts, at no additional cost. Additionally, for the first time, Verbena buyers have the freedom to choose their home’s elevation style, also at no extra cost.

“Verbena offers home buyers a fantastic option in an evolving residential area of Las Vegas, just 1 mile west of Henderson,” says Steve Cervino, division president for Las Vegas. “With Verbena’s spacious floor plans and larger backyards at prices starting from the upper $300,000s, buyers will receive incredible new home value, especially in today’s housing market. We anticipate high interest in this community.”

Community residents will enjoy nearby amenities, including softball and soccer fields, volleyball and tennis courts, and playgrounds at Silver Bowl Park, Russell Road Recreational Complex, and East Las Vegas Park. Additionally, Sam Boyd Stadium hosts sporting events, such as rugby and soccer tournaments. Verbena is also located within minutes from shopping and dining options, including the Galleria Mall.

The model park will showcase two of the four floor plans offered, the Valencia and Sedona. During an event Aug. 28 and 29, guests are invited to tour the models and explore the “Surprising Performance” room, which includes a deconstructed wall that demonstrates how Beazer’s materials and construction methods give rise to superior energy efficiency in all its homes. Home buyers can also learn about other available floor plans and meet with lenders available to assist with the loan pre-qualification process.
