Beazer Homes—No. 19 on the 2022 Builder 100—announced the grand opening of Auburn Ridge in Henderson, Nevada. The community provides a gated entrance with detached courtyard homes designed for easy maintenance, outdoor living, and entertainment.

“We are proud to be expanding our footprint in the booming Henderson area. This is a premier location that is sure to appeal to home buyers looking for easy maintenance living while still finding the space they desire,” says Kyle Tibbitts, Las Vegas division president. “Auburn Ridge is an ideal lock-and-leave community. The HOA includes the maintenance of all front and rear landscaping. The new community is also convenient to Interstate 11, giving residents easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment.”

Starting from the mid-$400,000s, home buyers can choose from three floor plans with living space ranging between 1,995 and 2,633 square feet with three to five bedrooms. Plans include popular design elements such as open-concept kitchens with center islands, lofts, and spacious primary bedrooms. Also, buyers are given the flexibility of Beazer’s Choice Plans, which provide the option to choose room-specific layouts to create their ideal living space, at no additional cost.

Residents will get to enjoy a community park, a dog park, picnic tables, and barbecue areas within the neighborhood as well.
