Central Texas builder Brohn Homes has introduced two new Central Texas communities in the Austin, Texas, area—Cloverleaf and Casetta Ranch—following three new communities announced earlier this year.
The Cloverleaf community is located in the South Austin area, just east of I-35 and within close proximity of downtown Austin. Home prices at Cloverleaf will start in the mid-$200,000s. Casetta Ranch is located in Kyle, Texas, 23 miles south of Austin and 13 miles north of San Marcos. Homes in this community will start in the low $200,000s. Homes in both locations will feature open floor plans and customizable home features.
