On Wednesday, CalAtlantic Homes announced two new home openings in different regions of the company.
Iris at Esencia is a collection of active adult, single-family homes designed to celebrate the best of Southern California living and entertaining for ages 55 and above.
Located in the heart of Orange County, Iris at Esencia home designs offer a mix of farmhouse-style home designs that speak to the distinct tastes of mature, sophisticated home buyers.

Homes at Iris at Esencia range from 1,720 to 2,340 square feet, with two to four bedrooms and two to three bathrooms. In addition to all-first-floor master suites, the Great Room-centered one- and two-story homes feature ample accommodations for guests. Additional conveniences such as downstairs laundry rooms, bonus rooms and two-car garages are offered with each home. Select home sites within Esencia offer mountain, canyon and ocean views. Pricing starts in the low $600,000s.
CalAtlantic also announced the debut of the Townhomes at Grand & Main in the heart of Carmel, Ind.

Townhomes at Grand & Main offers three, three-story townhome designs ranging from 2,084 to 2,337 square feet. The homes offer up to three bedrooms, two- and-a-half baths and attached two car garages. Great Room centered layouts open to kitchens ideal for entertaining. The homes also offer options to include an office or recreation room complete with an optional wet bar.
Residents can further personalize their homes with attributes ranging from steel stair railing to linear fireplaces. Catering to the active resident, the Townhomes at Grand & Main also come complete with exterior maintenance and snow removal provided by the neighborhood association.
