CalAtlantic Homes (NYSE:CAA) on Friday announced the Grand Opening of Reata, a collection of homes in the final phase of Lantana, a luxury master-planned golf course community in Lantana, TX.

“Reata’s home designs take full advantage of Lantana’s serene hill country setting and the indoor-outdoor living opportunities that these large home sites naturally provide,” said James Gomez, Dallas Division President for CalAtlantic Homes.

Homes within Reata range from 2,913 to 3,548 square feet, with four to five bedrooms and three to five baths. The one- and two-story homes feature great-room centered floor plans that flow into gourmet kitchens with center islands. The space connects to a generous outdoor living area that extends the livable square footage of the homes. Each home features an owner’s suite with spa-like bath. The home designs within Reata at Lantana include flexible living spaces which allow homeowners to personalize their space with popular features such as upstairs media rooms, wet bars, private studies and first-floor guest retreats. Pricing starts in the high $500,000s.

Reata is located within the Lantana master-planned community, a 1,700-acre luxury development featuring an 18-hole golf course and two amenity centers that together offer competition and leisure swimming pools, five tennis courts, two state-of-the-art fitness centers, and an on-site daycare and education center offering a twice-monthly Parents Night Out. Residents will enjoy the community’s Town Green, which plays host to live music performances and festivals for the whole family. Lantana also offers 300 acres of greenbelts, walking and biking trails, and playgrounds – all within a landscape plan boasting more than 10,000 mature growth trees.

Named Dallas/Fort Worth’s “Community of the Year” four times by the Dallas Builders Association, Lantana sits within two miles of more than one million square feet of shopping, dining and entertainment that includes the Shops at Highland Village, the Marketplace at Highland Village and the Highlands of Flower Mound. There is quick access to the employment corridors and urban amenities of the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex via 35E and 35W. The community is in the Denton Independent School District, including an on-site elementary school within walking distance of these new homes.

The community will be open to the public on Saturday, March 4 and Sunday, March 5. Doors open at 10 a.m.
