CalAtlantic Homes (NYSE:CAA) on Friday announced the Grand Opening of Reata, a collection of homes in the final phase of Lantana, a luxury master-planned golf course community in Lantana, TX.

The space connects to a generous outdoor living area that extends the livable square footage of the homes. Each home features an owner’s suite with spa-like bath. The home designs within Reata at Lantana include flexible living spaces which allow homeowners to personalize their space with popular features such as upstairs media rooms, wet bars, private studies and first-floor guest retreats. Pricing starts in the high $500,000s.
Reata is located within the Lantana master-planned community, a 1,700-acre luxury development featuring an 18-hole golf course and two amenity centers that together offer competition and leisure swimming pools, five tennis courts, two state-of-the-art fitness centers, and an on-site daycare and education center offering a twice-monthly Parents Night Out.
