CAA Opens Neighborhood in Fontana

CalAtlantic Homes (NYSE:CAA) over the weekend opened the new community of Stonehaven, an enclave of single-family homesites offering four new floor plans, gated-community amenities and premier schools, all with a budget-friendly price point in Fontana, Calif.

Home buyers will have a choice of Traditional, Spanish or Craftsman exterior styles that, together, create a welcoming residential streetscape with upscale design details and visual interest. Pricing begins in the mid $400,000s.
