Century Communities debuted a new phase of homes at Eastwood at Sonterra, the company’s third community in the 1,400-acre Sonterra West development in Jarrell, Texas.
As part of the new release, Century opened two new model homes: the single-story Hamilton plan and the two-story Santiago plan.
“We’re thrilled to invite home buyers out to tour our newest model homes at this exceptional planned community,” says Brian Bekker, Austin division president. “We’re also excited to offer additional homes for purchase at Eastwood at Sonterra, providing home buyers with a greater range of opportunities in a fast-moving market.”
The community will offer a total of 220 homes, with single- and two-story floor plans. Homes will include three to five bedrooms, two to three-and-a-half baths, two-bay garages, and up to 2,399 square feet.
Eastwood at Sonterra boasts community amenities, including a swimming pool, a clubhouse, and trails, along with future planned amenities. The location with small-town charm offers additional appeal, along with easy access to shopping, dining, and more in nearby Georgetown.
