Century Communities is expanding its operations into the Louisville, Kentucky, market with three new communities in its Century Complete brand, one in Louisville and two in Austin, Indiana. The communities will feature homes priced from the high $100,000s to the low $300,000s, with features like granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and main-level vinyl flooring throughout.
The Tanyard Springs community in Louisville is open for sales, with 25 homesites priced from the high $200,000s. Buyers can choose from single- and two-story floor plans with four to five beds, two to 2.5 baths, a two-bay garage, and up to 2,653 square feet of living space.
Meadowbrook and Bowles Circle, located in Austin, will open for sales starting in the fall. Bowles Circle will offer 11 homes priced from the high $100,000s, with single-story floor plans up to 1,429 square feet in size with three beds, two baths, and a one- to two-bay garage. Meadowbrook will also feature 11 homes priced from the high $100,000s, with single-story floor plans, three to four beds, two baths, and up to 1,601 square feet of living space.
