Century Communities, No. 9 on the 2020 Builder 100 list, has announced that its namesake brand is entering the Phoenix metro area, with 1,400 homesites set to break ground this year. The home builder will be joining a number of existing new-home communities, including North Copper Canyon and The Trails at Maricopa.

Century Communities has offered new homes in the Phoenix market for the past three years through the Century Complete brand. According to the company, the introduction of the Century Communities brand will “greatly diversify” its offerings in the fast-paced Phoenix market.
